Congratulations to Joece Lynn, winner of the 2024-2025 EnerGIS Scholarship.
Joece's project:
"Detecting Invasive Species with Drone Mounted Multispectral Sensors: Japanese Barberry in Pennsylvania Deciduous Forests" was selected as the winner of this year's competition.
Emma will be presenting a summary of her work at this year's conference.
Emma was awarded $3000 for her work, and another $3000 shall be awarded in 2025 based upon maintenance of her college enrollment and QPA.

"Land use land cover change of Barbour, Boone, and Logan County, WV from 2005-2016: Surface coal mining intensity and area on lung and bronchial cancer incidence" was selected as the winner of this year's competition.
Emma will be updating EnerGIS attendees on her work at this year's conference.
